SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is calculated by weight.
You may use code TPTCFREESHIP for free shipping, however this code cannot be combined with any other discount code.
Preorder + Ready to Ship Orders
• Please do NOT combine Preorder and Ready to Ship items in the same order.
• If you do combine them at checkout, you understand that your Ready to Ship items will NOT ship until your Preorder items arrive and ship.
Address Changes
• If your shipping address changes before your order ships, it is your responsibility to contact us at thepropertotcompany@yahoo.com to request an address update.
• If your package is returned or lost due to being shipped to an old/incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship your order.
Lost / Stolen Packages
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped via USPS.
• At checkout, customers have the option to purchase Route Shipping Insurance, and we highly recommend doing so to protect your order in case it is lost, damaged, or not delivered.
Manufacturing Defects
• Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive.
• Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing thepropertotcompany@yahoo.com
• If approved, you will have 10 days to mail the item back with tracking.
• We provide return labels for defects only.
• If the item is not shipped back within the 10-day window, it will no longer be eligible for exchange.
Shipping Timeline
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing.
• After processing, please allow an additional 5–7 business days for USPS shipping and delivery (delivery times may vary).
