Address Changes:

• Please email us at thepropertotcompany@yahoo.com to change an address. Please include your order number. If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to an old address you will be responsible for new shipping fees.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. The Proper Tot Company is not responsible for the package once it has been shipped. If your package is lost please file a claim with your local USPS.

*We can ship anywhere within the United States. When you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and USPS guidelines. Once your order has been processed, please allow 5-7 business days for your item to be shipped to you.
