PREORDER POLICY (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING)

 ‼️Preorder ETAs are the estimated timeframe that orders are expected to BEGIN shipping to TPTC from the manufacturer.

This is NOT the same as an arrival date to customers.

Once a preorder is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 2 full weeks for our team to complete shipping to customers.

We will notify customers via our Facebook VIP group with updates at each stage, including:

✅ when the order ships from the manufacturer to us

✅ when the order arrives at our warehouse

✅ when shipping to customers has been completed

‼️ Preorder ETAs are estimates only. We do NOT guarantee any specific arrival dates.

If you are ordering for a specific event, holiday, or purpose, we strongly recommend having a backup outfit.

ALL PREORDERS ARE FINAL SALE

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed, edited, or canceled for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Discount codes cannot be added after checkout
  • Sizes cannot be changed
  • Quantities cannot be adjusted
  • Monograms cannot be changed
  • Orders cannot be refunded or canceled

‼️ Please triple-check your order before submitting payment.

Due to the way our system reports orders, making changes causes discrepancies in the report that is sent directly to our manufacturer.

REPLACEMENTS / STORE CREDIT

Orders are ONLY eligible for replacement or store credit in the following situations:

  • A confirmed manufacturer defect (must be reported within our defect policy timeframe)
  • A holiday item that arrives after the holiday
