REFUND POLICY
TPTC Refund + Return Policy
All sales are final and are not refundable.
• Personalized items are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable under any circumstances.
• Sale items and any order where a discount code is used are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. EXCEPTIONS OF CODES ALLOWED: REP CODES, SMS SIGN UP CODES.
• For sale/discounted items, we do not offer additional discounts or replacements for manufacturing defects.
Manufacturing Defects
Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. Any manufacturing defects must be reported to The Proper Tot Company (TPTC) within 7 days of delivery by emailing:

To report a defect, please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect
• A photo of the packaging/shipping label (if needed)
Once approved, you will have 10 days to mail the defective item back with tracking. Return labels are provided for approved defective items only.
If the defective item is not shipped back within 10 days, it will no longer be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
If we do not have the item in stock to replace your defective item, store credit to thepropertotcompany.com will be issued instead.
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and processing of store credit.
Return Condition Requirements
All approved returns must be:
• Returned in the original packaging
• With tags attached
• Unwashed and unworn
• Returned within the required timeframe
A store credit will be issued after the item is received and inspected.
